The traditional martial arts are mostly Asian in origin and they are being taught in a very scholastic manner. Examples of these disciplines are Karate, Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Aikido and the rhythmic Brazilian art called Capoeira. The main difference between traditional and the modern mixed martial arts is that the former emphasizes more on principles, hierarchy and civility/culture while the latter merely centers on extreme competition and the gladiatorial amusement found in violence.

“Health is wealth” as the saying goes. Though a cliché, it’s still a universal truth. A person with a weak condition is helpless but a healthy person can do a lot of wonderful things.
