Jana & Granny have a karate training session. The little karate munchkin is discovering the straight punch (zuki) as well as learns with sentence and also complete dedication. Additionally a little kumite (fight) and some speed and also stamina exercises. Naturally some love and embracing at the end, Perfect training day.
