Tae Kwon Do These martial arts require a uniform that is light and cotton pants. Its top would have a loose v neck. Light uniforms are usually worn by beginners because it easily tears apart. As one moves up to the ranks, one would want to buy a new uniform that is tougher. Again, select a uniform that would fit the requirement of your school. Many schools would have their own logo which they want to put in your uniform.
