* Kick Breakdown *.
-50 R Leg, 50 L Leg, 50 rotating, 50 doubles = (200 ).
-10 in position, 10 ahead, 10 in position, 10 backwards, 10 in position.
( 50 kicks for 1 collection) x 4 sets = (200 ).
-1 to 6 (1 forward, 1 back, 2 onward, 2 back, etc) (168 ).
-5’s (3 R leg, 3 L leg =1. approximately 5) (30 ).
-10 R leg x 10 collections (100) alternative back as well as forth with partner.
10 L leg x 10 collections (100 ).
– Repeat very first drill (200 ).
– Power kicks 10 R leg, 10 L leg (20 ).
